We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. All candles are handmade, so slight variations in appearance may occur.
Pricing
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, but this does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. Payment is due at the time of order. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within India only and aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged items. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us at support@bloomandburn.shop within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at your choice.
Refunds
Refunds for damaged items will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged items.
Safety and Proper Use
Candles are open flame products and should be used with care:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
- Burn on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts
- Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains
By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge these safety guidelines and agree to use products responsibly.
